TRUTHS ABOUT YOU AS A STAR

First things first, I want you to know that you are A STAR! God made you one. He created you to be one. This article is for the exposition of the few truths I discovered about you as a star. Just be patient enough to read through.

I was studying the book of Matthew a few days ago and the second verse of the second chapter of this book revealed truths to me; the truths about stars, hence catching my attention.
The scripture thus reads;
"..Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him." ~Matthew 2:2.

Yes! Jesus was a star. His was a great and special one that even the wise men who read the stars(astonomers) could pinpoint His amongst the billions of stars. His star caught their attention. They were able to read that He possessed a great destiny– as the King of the Jews and this caught their attention. ~Matthew 2:2.

My emphasis here is to make you understand that you are a star, if you haven't realised that yet. Jesus born to the earth in the form of flesh came along with a great star revealed. That's exactly your entrance into this world the moment you were born. You came along with a star revealed.
But also understand that your star attracts attention;it attracts readers to it, not necessarily an astronomer(one who read stars) but people around you, those that love you and your enemies as well. It attracts those that hates it, those envious of it, those willing to destroy it.

In verse 3 of the scripture earlier quoted (Matthew 2:3), herod was the enemy of Jesus' star because its revelation troubled herod and even sought to destroy the illumination and manifestation of it. He went an extra mile just to ensure that that star doesn't exist to fulfill its purpose on the earth. That was the devil in full action. He would never want a great star such as yours to survive because he knows the huge difference and impact you will make unto generations if it lives.

That's the reason he fights from the day you were born just to terminate or abort your star from shining and manifesting. He comes through diverse means. Never give him that satisfaction.

Fortunately, there are those that are excited about your star, those that appreciate it, value it, those awaiting its full manifestation like the earthly parents of Jesus and many others and those willing to give out their valuable treasures because of it just like the wise men. ~Matthew 2:10-11. Even God Himself!

Therefore, never disappoint God and those that needs and awaits the illumination and manifestation of your star. Generations and other destines are tied to yours.
Uderstand that there are those that can't shine their stars until you shine yours.
"For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God".~ Romans 8:19. They await you!

The devil will always want to plague your life with various challenges, negative experiences and misfortunes, with unrighteous and unholy habits, lifesyles, associates, influence and every of his device to stop your star, but never let him. Your star represents your destiny;guide it jealousy and judiciously.

You are a saviour, many needs your star!
Your enemies may come ravaging you to stop you but never give in cause those challenges are requisite measures for you to shine even more brighter. Remember stars cannot be seen at day. It is more beautiful and appreciated at night.

Build yourself more in Christ to expose your light. Only in the family of Christ will you find such asset and advantage for your destiny. Be encouraged! The whole world awaits you!
"For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God".~ Romans 8:19.

If you are not in the family of Christ, this is the right time to be born into this great family. You can only find purpose and fulfilment in Him. I've tasted and seen. Therefore, make that decision now! Its an added advantage for you amongst the others.

God bless you for reading through.
Hope this article blessed you. If it did,let us know at the comment section.

Shalom!

AN EYE FOR AN EYE

An eye for an eye is no new idiom. You must have heard of it or use it yourself. Either way, that idiom is something a child of God should never use but apply a different approach to it. An eye for an eye is a language used by those who seek justice (a repay) of wrong(s) or evil done to him or her. But in as much as justice is good and in many cases approved even in scriptures, same scripture gave room for mercy and forgiveness.  Unfortunately, many christians take laws into their hands by "wanting their offenders eye for the eye taken from them". They want to equivalently retaliate for the pain, backstab, hate, gossip or any sort of evil done to them in other to satisfy that hurt. But this is contrary to what Jesus preached. Jesus taught two vital measures you should take for any wrong or mischief done against you.  Before i talk on these two keys, I'd love to reveal what the Holyspirit personally taught me from the book of Ephesians on this subject of reveng...

MY LITTLE THOUGHTS!!!

I read something that kept me in thoughts for some time now and I saw a new light in it. "Therefore i say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat and what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on..." (Matthew 6:25) These are the questions i asked myself after reading it: • "Is the above scripture saying i should not bother about my life or ensure i make something out of my life?" • "Does it mean i should just allow life happen to me and accept whatever it brings to my table (my life)"? I thought it that way because that verse is literally saying,  "you know what, just relax. God got you. You don't have to work or stress yourself. He'll take care of you as He does to the birds of the air and lilies of the field. (Vs 26 & 28)." But same Bible says we should work. The word of God critically downplays laziness and idleness. "For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: T...

THE POWER OF BROKENESS

Through scriptures and my personal experiences, I've learned that brokenness is powerful. That one act alone can attract so much. It's all there in the Bible. The brokenness i mean here is not just about prostrating and rolling on the floor (though it can be demonstrated that way). I say this because it is possible for someone who isn't broken inwardly to exhibit it outwardly probably for show because people are watching. In as much as brokeness is displayed with the physical act, it should emanate from within. Even scriptures says it. "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit..." , it didn't say a broken body. " A broken and a contrite heart — these, O God, you will not despise". (Psalms 51:17). It is the heart (the inward, the motive) God checks before whatever the body displays. Hence, brokenness is the state by which you realize you're nothing without God and the act of opening up yourself to Him and depending on Him for any and ...
